Yoga
Finding Steadiness in Motion
Accessible yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness for people who want to feel more connected to themselves and more at home in their bodies.
Yoga has been one of the most meaningful practices in my life. What keeps bringing me back is the unique combination of breath, movement, awareness, challenge, and self-study, and the way it creates space to notice things in ourselves that often go unnoticed in everyday life.
Why Yoga?
A practice of attention.
Yoga has been one of the most meaningful practices in my life. What keeps bringing me back is the unique combination of breath, movement, awareness, challenge, and self-study.
Yoga creates an opportunity to notice patterns of tension, habit, effort, and ease that often go unnoticed in everyday life.
It offers a chance to develop strength, mobility, balance, confidence, and a deeper awareness of how we relate to ourselves and the world around us.

The physical benefits are real, and a pretty nice bonus, but what has always interested me most is what happens when we slow down enough to pay attention to what’s actually going on inside us.
The Approach
Accessible, welcoming, practical.
My classes are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and practical. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a particular level of fitness to begin.
The goal isn’t performance. It’s to help people build a strong foundation so they can feel comfortable exploring yoga, mindful movement, and breathwork on their own.
Classes are designed to feel approachable for beginners while still being meaningful for experienced practitioners.

My hope is that students leave with greater confidence in their bodies, a deeper understanding of the fundamentals, and the tools to keep practicing on their own.
